James Haugh has been recognised as one of the country’s top performing retailers and rewarded for its exemplary levels of customer service following the results of the annual Vauxhall Customer Satisfaction Survey. The team has worked tirelessly to deliver an exceptional level of service to each individual customer to rank in the top 43 retailers in the UK for customer satisfaction.
By fostering a culture where customer satisfaction is the number one priority, James Haugh ensures each individual customer visit is one of enjoyment. The team, incredibly customer-focused and commercially talented, offer their expertise and sound advice to ensure customers leave feeling informed, valued and happy.
What’s more, this isn’t the first time James Haugh’s efforts has been recognised, in fact this is the third year running that the team has scooped the award. To celebrate the special accolade, Vauxhall Head of Sales, James Allred, has presented the Christopher and team with their 2019 Customer Excellence Award in our showroom.

James Haugh was one of 43 Retailers in the UK to receive the highest and most impressive combined ranks in Vauxhall’s Customer Purchase Satisfaction and Service Satisfaction Surveys, calculated at the end of 2018.Customers are invited to take part in the Vauxhall Customer Satisfaction programme following the purchase of a new vehicle or the servicing of a vehicle.
